Meine Perspektive ist die einer Minderheit. Meine Gleichstellungspolitik ist konsequent divers. Alle Geschlechter sollen ber\u00fccksichtigt sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Darum bedeutet Gleichstellung f\u00fcr mich weit mehr als die etablierte, geschlechterpolare Politik der Mehrheitsgesellschaft, deren Forderungen ich zwar weitgehend unterst\u00fctze, die mir in einigen Punkten jedoch zu wenig genau ist. Care-Arbeit, Kinderbetreuung, Lohngleichheit und h\u00e4usliche Gewalt bergen Herausforderungen, die sich nicht alleine \u00fcber die Geschlechterfrage kl\u00e4ren lassen. Sie stellen sich vielen M\u00e4nnern \u2013 und im Besonderen M\u00e4nnern jenseits der Norm \u2013 genauso.
