Kurz vor dem Lockdown expandierte Pierre Mendy mit seinem Avant Gouz aus der Hammerstrasse ins Gundeli, Pizza am Laufmeter gibt es seit M\u00e4rz nicht nur bei Vito an der G\u00fcterstrasse und am Aeschenplatz, sondern auch im Kleinbasel. Ihnen gleich taten es das Caf\u00e9 Finkm\u00fcller, das Restaurant ZaZaa und die B\u00e4ckerei Da Graziella: Es ist erfreulich, dass sich lokale Gastronomen mit schlauer Positionierung in den verschiedenen Stadtteilen gegen internationale Ketten durchsetzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damit das langfristig so bleibt, m\u00fcssen die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr innovative Gastronomie- und Kulturbetriebe weiter verbessert werden. Ein grosser Schritt in diese richtige Richtung ist das \u00abWirtepatent light\u00bb, das anfangs dieses Jahres in Kraft getreten ist. Damit wurde beispielsweise die Anwesenheitspflilcht der Person mit der Bewilligung abgeschafft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aber nicht nur das ist wichtig. In der aktuellen Covid-19 Krise leiden Gastronomie- und Kulturbetriebe ganz besonders. Die Kurzarbeit und der Erwerbsersatz m\u00fcssen so lange wie n\u00f6tig weiter gezogen werden. Ansonsten wird dem einen oder andern erfolgreichen Expansionskurs lokaler Gastronomiebetriebe wohl bald ein j\u00e4hes Ende drohen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
