Auf meine Interpellation (Nr. 5 Johannes Sieber betreffend Fokus der kant. Gleichstellungs-Arbeit) aus dem Februar gibt die Regierung nun offiziell eine Antwort: Er wartet auf die Gesetzes\u00e4nderung, die dank dem Anzug Bertschi (2017) n\u00e4chstens in die Vernehmlassung gehen soll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist bemerkenswert. Denn seit 2005 steht in der kantonalen Verfassung, dass niemand diskriminiert werden darf. Nicht am Arbeitsplatz, nicht auf dem Pausenplatz und auch nicht bei der kantonalen Gleichstellungsarbeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese ist Heterosexuellen vorbehalten, obwohl diese Exklusivit\u00e4t jeglicher gesetzlichen Grundlage entbehrt. In keinem Gesetz steht geschrieben, dass Frauen und M\u00e4nner heterosexuell sein m\u00fcssen, um gleichgestellt zu werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das habe ich dem Regierungsratspr\u00e4sident heute in meiner Stellungsnahme zu seiner Beantwortung gesagt und ihn gebeten, heute noch aktiv zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"hinweisbox\">\nOnline: Grosser Rat Basel-Stadt, Gesch\u00e4ft 21.5032, 29.01.2021<br>\nInterpellation Nr. 5 Johannes Sieber betreffend Fokus der kant.
